Confirmation 2023 will be starting on October 1st for all students eighth grade and older. Students will explore the meaning of the Christian faith, the history and teachings of the Global Methodist Church, and the fundamental understanding of the value of scripture, prayer, communion, spiritual relationships, and the power of salvation, as evidenced in the life and teachings of John Wesley.
Here are some details you might want to know:
1. Confirmation will be on Sundays from 4:30-6:00 PM. This has changed from previous plans due to constraints on student availability throughout the week.
2. Miss Jess will be leading the Fellowship time, and Joyce from Discipleship will guide the videos, “Community Group” time, and answer any questions for the large group.
3. The Fall semester of Confirmation will be October 1st through November 19th. The Winter semester of Confirmation will be January 14th through March 10th.
We will have an informational meeting on Sunday, September 24th right after service in the Wesley Room, lunch will be provided.
